I ordered a “get well soon” arrangement online for my aunt that recently had surgery. I loved the picture of the arrangement when I saw it online, but then my cousin sent me a picture of my aunt holding the flowers and they looked even better in person. I also love how convenient it was to order online and have them delivered. They even sent me an email when they delivered the arrangement, which I thought was pretty cool. I picked up a different arrangement a few months ago, and the customer service was excellent. I’m not sure if this is a small, family-owned business, but you can tell that they take pride in creating beautiful floral arrangements and making the customers happy.

What a pleasure doing business with your company. I live in Las Vegas, and my sister is in the hospital in Reading. She is away from her husband and other family members, so I knew her spirits were a little low. Not anymore! I went online and found your flower shop and the perfect arraignment with a little teddy bear that would make her day, and it certainly did. I called the shop to make sure you could deliver, and twice I spoke with the most professional and compassionate staff members, any business would love to employ. What an amazing plant arrangement that was sent on our behalf to a family member opening a new business. They took the time to call me and guide me on what may look best for the occasion. When my family member sent a picture after it was delivered I was taken a back by how lovely it was. I was arranged so beautiful!! Thank you!
