Our cat Plymouth, was in some bladder trouble. And was not doing well. So I called Antietam valley hospital. At 8 o’clock in the morning. New patient, and by 10:30 he was in surgery. Dr Lee is very carrying, he came outside to speak with me, very knowledgeable and professional.! I am impressed! We have been going to another local vet for years and have not been happy. Our Plymouth is doing great we have a follow up soon post operative appointment, but so far great. Very happy with all at the office. I want to thank Dr Lee, and his staff for a nice experience under the circumstance. See you all soon
If your looking for a caring staff and a doctor who truly cares about your fur baby, this is the place to go! They are supremely attentive to your needs and finding ways to fit your budget. I won't go back to my last vet the exeter/Mt. Penn area (who was good but extremely pricey). Dr Lee you rock!
It was wonderful. Unfortunately it was raining that day so Dr. Lee came out and reviewed how my dog Princess’s visit went. He was thorough and very caring. The nurse that took Princess and returned her along with the bill was very nice also.nThey are thorough and caring.nnThank you.
This is the BEST Animal Hospital in Berks County! They took care of Duke for a reasonable price and the follow up after his surgery is why we will be coming here moving forward for all of Duke's care! Don't waste your time going anywhere else, if you LOVE your pet, come to Antietam Valley Hospital!
