I have been to numerous vet clinics and this has been hands down one of the absolute best clinics. From day one the staff was extremely friendly and caring. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and they took every measure they possibly could to give her the best treatment. I had an emergency and Dr. Williams stayed over an hour past the time they were supposed to close to help me and my dog. I will forever take every animal I have here.

This was my first experience there, and I loved it! The staff was great. I felt like the vet really wanted to make sure I understood the treatment plan, and she really cared about the health of my dog. I could not recommend this place enough!

Two years later, still top notch. ACE has been a great help over the years. The staff are friendly and quick to help. They truly go above and beyond for the animals as well as the owners.

The doctors at Animal Clinic East are absolutely awesome. They’re great about getting scripts filled quick, same day, and approving Rx food and treats ordered online quickly, also same day. What I appreciate most, is being able to ask, ‘if she were your kitty, what would you do?’ And they give an honest straightforward answer that is often safer, simpler, and cheaper than everything that could possibly be done, in a very good way. For example, I’ve had two senior cats who have both had benign cysts—surgery could be done, but the cysts are not painful, not infected, not cancerous, not causing problems, and not going to cause problems, the little bump is strictly cosmetic, no need to do anything if you don’t want to. Perfect! I don’t want to have my ancient cat undergo surgery for a strictly cosmetic issue! Let’s do nothing on the little bump front; see you in six weeks to recheck blood work that really really is genuinely necessary to keep an eye on Kitty’s kidneys and thyroid. They’ve provided great care; last time Kitty had blood work, all values were in the normal ranges, thanks to the very understanding and professional and knowledgeable vets’ treatment here. Highly recommended. I can not say enough good things about the vets here. They are amazing.
