My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday through 1-800- flowers which in turn used Bob and Robins florist . He was disappointed with the arrangement that was sent because it looked nothing like what he had ordered . He called 1-800-flowers and they said a new one would be made. Then he spoke to a man at the florist. He was rude and said there was nothing wrong with the arrangement and a new one would not be made . He hung up on my husband twice. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEnI would not order from there ... to top it off they came to get their arrangement back.nn1-800-flowers was so appalled they sent a bouquet and chocolates to me. At least they care about customer care
