Our dog had a stroke or seizure and our normal vet was closed , it was a holiday weekend. I called rainbow vet and they told me to come in ASAP . We ended up putting our dog down , which was horrible for us . The staff and vet were absolutely amazing and caring in making sure our dog went peacefully. I think my other animals are goin to have a new vet. Thank you
Very happy with the services here. They worked Zoe into their busy schedule and although the prognosis of a collapsed trachea was grim, they treated her with oxygen and meds. The staff are great and the vet was very nice and thorough. They have since called several times to check on her. This is a true emergency vet hospital, unlike others that claim to be. Thank you to everyone at Rainbow Vet Hospital!
I can't say enough about the staff caring and loving nature. So respectful and understanding ❤ufe0f. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my pug, but she wasn't acting like herself. The staff was reassuring and compassionate to my concerns. A++++++++
I have a dog who a few days ago started have a problem with his hind leg. I thought he might have just twisted it. Fast forward to today now both back hind leg and front leg seem week and really isn’t eat or drinking. I call in for an emergency appointment. I said I would pay for it. They told me it would be a week before they would see my dog. I asked why they said since he hasn’t been there for a few years. I am really worried about him. They did nothing. Horrible service
If i could leave negative stars I would. They claim to be a emergency vet for large/small animal and i had a equine emergency and their emergency vet was already booked. How does a emergency clinic not have a emergency vet on call. This is not the first time my family has dealt with this.
