Our family has been using Banfield in Monaca for a few years now. We love it there and always have the nicest people working with our pets. The only issue we have had is appointments for same day or within 2 days are often hard to get. When we were a member at another Banfield it was much easier to get an appointment same day or next if needed. From their plans and care everything else has been wonderful.
They are great. Always helpful. Caring about my pets.
Took my cat here last week, was told he had a UTI. they treated him and said he’ll be better in a few days, saw no improvement so called everyday and they said he’d be fine. Finally got worried and took him to PVSEC. Turns out he has multiple bladder stones and kidney problems. Which is funny because Banfield told us he had none, so now if we don’t have $4000 right now my cat dies, Thanks Banfield!
So grateful for Banfield Pet Hospital in Monaca. They have been taking care of my pups for three years and never cease to amaze me with the amount of love and care given to them.nnJasper is on the road to recovery and acting like himself thanks to Dr. Purcell and Dr. Berendt and their staff. The payments I make monthly for their wellness plans saved me hundreds of dollars today. Love them. If you have pets I highly recommend going here if you are not already with them.
They did a great job clipping my three cavies nails. My guinea pigs were happy too.
