I have taken down the previous review. Your response shows that you are a compassionate and caring veterinarian. I thought you needed to know why you may have had those few negative reviews from 2 years ago that I saw. Hopefully you have replaced the staff from that time. The front desk personnel are wearing your face at the front desk and should also be as caring and compassionate to the humans bringing in their pets as you are with the animals you care for. 2 minutes is not the end of the world, and my time is just as important as yours. If you're going to reschedule someone, do it as soon as they arrive and not make them wait an additional 5 to 6 minutes before doing so. Just wanted you to know why you lost my business so that hopefully it will never happen to you again. Thank you for your quick response to that review as well, it really goes a long way. I hope the best for you and your future business.

Dr. Francine and her staff are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, caring and informative. Pricing is very fair and I'm very happy to have her for hour veterinarian.
