We noticed a discomfort in our German Shepard early last week and reached out to many different Veterinary Clinics in the area. Big Rock Veterinary Hospital genuinely was concerned that she was in pain and went out of their way to have her seen as soon as possible. Although we were taken in as an emergency we were treated as if we were patients there for years. Though the news of her terminal cancer was heartbreaking, the staff clearly explain what was going on and what my options were with her comfort in mind. Although its never easy I felt their comfort and support in my decision to lay her to rest. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who loves their animals like family.
everyone has been great here so far. Very kind, compassionate, and caring! The vet was great with my kitties Tyrion and Harley Quinn and we will definitely be back in the future!!

Holy mackerel, one of the best bet experiences I've had since I moved to the area 11 years ago. They were kind, professional, were so good with my cat, and didn't try to push a bunch of extras on me, which has been a big issue with vets I've dealt with previously. They're very clear in what they're doing and why, as well.nnFantastic place, I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the future.
