I have been with Altmeyer's Vet for 10 years. Have never had one problem including kindness and empathy. The doctors there go above and beyond for our furbabies and the staff is very courteous. I mixed up appts. between me and my dog and said this is the date I was told. They had rushed there to perform emergency surgery and still treated my dog because he has CHF.
Had an emergency and my cat just couldn't be seen. They were of no help at all!!
They had to put my dog down after she killed my other dog.i called them and explained what happen . Without hesitation they said bring her in. They had to put her down. We cremated both dogs. They put them in very nice boxes with specal notes and paw prints. About a month later I got card(from the vet) with flowers in them to plans and grow in memory of them.
I just wanna give you all a big thank you for doing what you could to save my boy dakota. He fought hard
I had to sadly let go of a family member who was sick. They took very good care of my monster boy (Newfoundland mix), and helped him transition from this world. They gave us a little momento that included his paw print.nnSuper sad time, but they helped where they could. The only thing I didn't like is that we waited 3 hours for help....and yes, we did have an appointment.
