I am extremely disappointed in the so called $60 arrangement that was delivered to aunts funeral. It looked like the size of a medium planter.nMy parents were extremely upset.nI asked for a frontal of fresh spring,bright & cheerful flowers.nThey looked fallish and it was a basket all around.nTo talk to them they were nice. But, the work they did was not acceptable.nI'm a floral designer my self in another state & this was supsetting.
I had ordered a bouquet from a different florist for my sister-in-law when she came home from the hospital. That bouquet didn't arrived so I called and was told there was an additional charge. I cancelled the order and called Pugliese; not only was the florist super friendly (and concerned that she was out of the coral roses that were in the arrangement I was requesting) and sympathetic when she heard my sad tale, but she got the delivery out within 3 hours! I am extremely happy with the service, and my sister-in-law loved the flowers. Thank you Pugliese!
