Kasey was great to work with during our wedding process! We also added her floral design services and they turned out beautifully!! After having the initial meeting to see if it is the right fit, she sends you great wedding resources to help with planning. This streamlines coordination, vision and communication!nnShe navigated the last minute changes of our wedding day due to Covid, professionally with a positive outlook that everything was going to come together. And it did! I really appreciated her vast knowledge on how to coordinate an elegant event and that her standards of beverage and food service matched what our expectations where - no worries there!nnHer cost of packages to work with for a wedding were reasonable for the service, coordination, level of floral design she delivered. I have been recommending her to many others since we got married in July!

I had the pleasure of hiring Kasey for my June 2019 wedding and it was the best decision! From the initial conversations to day of craziness, Kasey was calm, confident and a true expert. She exudes professionalism and makes the extremely stressful job of an event planner look like a piece of (wedding) cake. She's organized and creates a timetable/schedule for the wedding party down to the minute. I was so impressed. She designed a gorgeous color palette as well as florals/bouquets, staged the entire ceremony, set the tables up beautifully adding her own design touches, and much much more. She coordinated directly with every vendor for deliveries and pick up, which is 100% necessary when you don't want to burden friends or family with those responsibilities. She had great ideas and was always conscious of my budget, figuring out ways to shift things around or scrap something that wasn't a complete 'must have' in order to fit within my modest budget. Not to mention she's genuinely so kind and loving, and you can tell she loves her jobs and the couples that she works with. She even was able to coordinate a last minute videographer (literally, it was a week or two out from our wedding) after I had said that we don't need one, then changed my mind. I cherish that video and am so grateful that she was able to find someone last minute for us. She goes above and beyond her duties, and I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to get married in Walla Walla.

If you are planning a wedding, please do yourself a favor and hire Kasey! My husband and I do not have enough great things to say about how she worked with us on our wedding. Her professionalism, her organization and her communication make everything so easy and actually FUN, which is something too few couples experience when planning a wedding. Her flowers and her tablescape...I had no words. My guests did, though. For weeks after! Everyone (including myself) was awed.nShe really does go above and beyond for her clients. She planned us basically THREE weddings because of the coronavirus. During that stressful process, I think she saved me from losing a few years off my life. Seriously, work with her!!

Where do I even start to express how grateful I am for Kasey. Kasey helped me with my wedding in June of 2019. I signed up for her mid-level planning, as well as, my flowers. Kasey went sooooo far and beyond what was expected and most importantly she was exactly the person I needed during this exciting but very stressful time in your life.nnKasey is the perfect balance of kind, understanding, but strong. She was able to help me draw the line when there were too many opinions being offered and I always felt like she had my back. I asked for a lot of odd requests and did not make things easy as I had to bring in pretty much every piece of my wedding from outdoor vendors. Kasey organizing everything seamlessly. Watching set up on the morning of my wedding I was seriously in awe.nnNot only was Kasey the backbone of our wedding but the flowers she created for me were out of this world. I had a very tight budget by the time I got to selecting flowers but I also had a very specific picture in my head I was hoping to execute. Kasey was so creative and helpful but finding ways to move flowers and use them in multiple places, and created dreamy moments all around my venue. They honestly took my breath away (I may have cried).nnI could go on and on but I will mention two more moments that are an example of the type of person Kasey is, 1st right before the ceremony Kasey had us ushered into a van to drive us around our venue to the location of the ceremony, my husband and I were a bit surprised and said we could walk, but it was gently insisted and we thought nothing of it. Little did we know but one of our guests had passed out in the lobby of our location and broke his nose. Kasey did not allow us to even be aware of the stressful situation or let it detour or stress us as we entered our ceremony instead she took care of it quickly and kindly and kept us glowing in our ignorance.nnThe second instance had to do with our cake. The one responsibility I had on our wedding day was to remember to pick up our cake and of course I forgot. Kasey gently asked me if I remembered when she went to set it our and it was missing, at which point I notified her of my stupidity. She quickly went into action assuring me it would be fine and proceeding to call the bakery, have it opened, and retrieve my cake. She then stood in the pouring rain holding an umbrella over my head while we cut it...angle woman.nnIf you are lucky enough to work with Kasey, please do it. It will be the best decision you made besides saying yes. :)
