I always felt a little uneasy about this practice. The vets are good, but the front end staff are not professional and poorly supervised. I had minor issue like lost paperwork, accounts getting mixed up several time. Last time, I brought my puppy in for surgery. Check-in was confusing that day. When I asked a staff the procedure, all I got was attitude. Next comes a manager with an attitude. She tells me she will refuse my dog the surgery. Just plain mean. I am a physician myself with a practice. Shame.
Very professional, knowledgeable group of veterinary care experts. Hidden Valley has always been very helpful when it comes to my (and my family's) pets. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!
We recently had to put down our beloved Lab and the Doctors and Staff at Hidden Valley could not have been more compassionate, professional and completely caring in getting us through a most challenging and sad day. Thank you all very much for the wonderful care you gave to Calley until the end. Will highly recommend Hidden Valley to anyone who truly loves their pets.
We took our dog to Hidden Valley for 9 years and cannot say enough about the excellent care she received there. Sadly, we lost her too soon to kidney disease. Dr. Claremont and the techs were so caring and patient with us as we navigated through blood tests and changing her diet and subq fluids and medications. They were all so very kind and helpful, always taking the extra time to explain things to us, or calling us back when we had questions. They helped us through an extremely difficult time. When we are ready for a new dog, we will definitely go back to Hidden Valley for veterinary care.
