The staff is amazing here. My cat needed medical attention and my usual vet could not see her being the office was closing early that day! I called local vet offices for help and Affordable Care was the only one that said bring her in even though they had never seen my cat before. The office is beautiful and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice and took his time to answer any questions I had. It was nice not to feel rushed so he could see his next patient. ( which is what I was used to at my last vet). Needless to say, Affordable Care is now where I take my pets. I have had a handful of visits since, and I can tell you, I love the care my pets are receiving. Wish I would have found them sooner!!
Great prices and excellent treatment! Very efficient, we were in and out, and our puppy feels much better. Everyone is very nice, they take good precautions for covid-19, and their facility is very easy to find. I would highly recommend this vet.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Affordable Care Vet Clinic. They take excellent care of all the dogs that come into Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue. They always go above & beyond the call of duty too. The staff and doctors are completely amazing, helpful, professional and very compassionate. I would not hesitate to take my pets here, you won't be disappointed.
Very caring & compassionate. Affordable is an appropriate name. After our Vet let us down once again by not seeing our Sheba on an urgent basis we headed to a local 24hr Vet Clinic when it grew into an Emergency. $1600. later and still no diagnosis. We were referred to Affordable & Dr. Greg Novelli. A single 7min test was positive for Lyme's Disease. Unfortunately, Sheba had long term exposure that was undetected and untreated. Dr. Greg worked with us to save Sheba but she had too much damage and we had to make a very difficult decision to let our beautiful girl go. The euthanasia process was so heartbreaking to lose our long time companion. The staff & Dr. Greg were compassionate and patient. I had time to say goodbye and never felt pressured to hurry our last moments together. The experience was horrible but everyone at Affordable Vet did their best from beginning to end... and did not take financial advantage of a grieving family. All they did, was accomplished at an affordable price. Book an appointment for your fur friend in our Sheba's memory.
We have been going to here since 2005, when it was u see diff ownership. When Dr. Greg came on - we stayed. Absolutely love this practice and recommend to everyone. They have cared and treated all of our pets (8 cats and three dogs over the years) with compassion, kindness, and capability. Hands down the best.
