Dr. Stepusin: I am actually replying to your reply to my review. I fully understand that returning medication may not be allowed due to FDA guidelines, however; I had been in contact with Danielle via email several times regarding returning it for a refund (including an email 10 minutes after pickup since I was never told the $71 cost for an antibiotic) and she never once mentioned that it was non-returnable. In fact, she said bring it back so we can inspect it and we WILL return it. Now I know you will put a spin on her words like you did tonight, but we both know she clearly said to bring it back and it could be returned AFTER I emailed about returning for a refund. Then you tried to say that it needed returned that night after I picked up. Perhaps that should have also been conveyed in her email. I had also emailed back 2 times after her initial email stating when I could make it back out to your office to return it. You know, since it was a Friday night when I picked up and I could not make it there Saturday since you close at noon. All correspondence from your staff completely stopped, and I heard nothing back. Makes me think she knew she said the wrong thing and just hoped I wouldn't bring it back. Training your staff in good customer service and taking responsibility for what your employees say goes a long way. It's all good...I will take my 2 German Shepherds and cat elsewhere. Being talked down to like I can't read an email is really not my thing ✌

I have a dog with epilepsy and was taking her to another vet. The other vet wanted to do more test more times a year and were more expensive. When I called in they had the Dr call me back to explain the test they would do and why. It was about half the test. He told me if numbers are way off then they would consider other test. Everyone I worked with has been fantastic. They give you a report card on your pet and truly care.nThey were a pleasure to work with and I have recommended several people to them.

They truly care about your pet and that's all one could hope for. They go above and beyond to let you know that your pet is in the right hands. I'm so thankful for all they have done for my dogs. I feel at ease everytime we go, and our dogs do too. They love it there! The staff is incredible.

Absolutely the best! If you are looking for kind, respectful, patient staff, highly qualified doctors who actually care about your pet, and are fair and reasonably priced. Then look no further. They have evening hours too. Never feel rushed or made to feel like I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to my dog. There is trust there.

I would recommend A Step Up again and again! We’re new-ish to the practice, but have received nothing but excellent care since our first visit. When one of our two new rescue pups was diagnosed with heartworm disease, the doctors and staff were there every step of the way. Always answering my questions and making us feel at ease through the whole treatment. You can tell they really care about your furry loved ones!
