Doctor and staff and super friendly. My dog tends to be more anxious with new people and the vet and vet tech sat on the floor so she could see their faces. They are super professional, knowledgeable and great with animals. I will be bringing my 3 other animals here in the near future.nnUpdate: we had two routine appointments scheduled for our dogs back to back. We arrived 10 minutes early and were instructed to wait in the car. We waited 40 minutes after calling three times for status update. They came out and told us is was marked as a problem appointment when I told the scheduler it was for routine. The scheduler also didn’t put our information in correctly in the system and they couldn’t find our one dogs records. We didn’t leave the office until after 3 PM and I had to miss a personal appointment I had scheduled for myself. I also noticed that people who got there AFTER us were gone already. We completely understand that a world pandemic is going on, but you are also on other people’s schedules and time. Be more professional and organized.

We had taken our cat of 14 yrs that had health issues to Companions First but she was too far gone. We had to say goodbye to our feline family friend that day. The Doctor and nurses were so comforting and helped us through the process to say goodbye and we can't thank you enough. I just wish we had come to you earlier instead of going to the other vet. Thank You so much Companions First.

Lauren was so rude on the phone. She talked to me like I was a small child! She was talking very fast and responding to my questions so rudely and repeating the same thing over and over. . We no longer will bring our dogs here. Lauren needs to learn some phone etiquette.nnIt’s a shame because we like the veterinarian.

Wonderful place. The entire staff is amazing. They care very much about the animals they treat. Best vet we ever had!
