The staff is very kind and helpful! They were willing to take in our very sick cat as a walk in and took the time to explain our options in a way that we can make an educated decision. Shelby, Nancy, and Dr Patlola were excellent in their professionalism and care in our visit. Seriously considering using them as our primary veterinary clinic.
Just wanted to thank Shelby at the plumb office for being g so upbeat and kind. You can tell how much she cares for the animals. I'm also happy with the doctor and would recommend his practice anyone looking!
These guys handled a worst case scenario situation with our cat with a lot of care, professionalism, and understanding. They were helpful, got us in quick, and, not to be crass, but had much better pricing than other vets in the area I researched. Their entire approach is very welcoming and friendly, for anything from a regular check up to an emergency situation, this should be who you call.
This place is effective, efficient, kind, compassionate and all over a great place! To the ladies moving the animals from the cars to the building I appreciate your smiles and kindness!
The girls in the office are very friendly and the Dr is very wonderful as well ..Dr took the time to explain my Dogs diagnosis and to get him feeling better .
