Very friendly staff that answered all my questions and cost was very reasonable!
They are great with my dog. And the two times I have had to come I feel like they gave me informed information and the visit was affordable.
Dr. Jones is a wonderful veterinarian unless you have an emergency with your pet. You can schedule an appointment at his convenience. On two occasions now we were not able to make an emergency appointment. My golden retriever had a severe eye infection and all they told us to do is put a warm compress on her eye. They also said that they can possibly fit us a week from now.nnThe staff won’t even let us talk to Dr. Jones. Two emergency vets later ($$$$) our golden is finally starting to feel better not thanks to Dr. Jones practice. Where is the compassion and the loyalty? Why isn’t there scheduled time in his day for emergencies? Our dog may not have survived this situation. You should think twice before calling Dr. Jones’.nnRegards,nMandi Lafferty mother and father! Everyone is very friendly and the doctor is great. Never pressuring or makes you feel like a bad owner. My dogs oddly love coming to the vet here.
