My Furkids mean are everything to me. I am picky and these vets made me and my kids feel special and safe.They were awesome at 2 separate visits when my own vet wouldn't take us. They do an amazing number of surgeries and special services which I never thought I would find when I moved here (acupuncture and chiropractic), and tests, they made an accurate diagnosis (I didn't have to go for a referral for my Charlie's CT, because they did it there). And both pets are acting younger and eating healthier foods. I learned to much that I have never heard elsewhere, and it has really helped me and my babies.nCharlie and Buster would give them 10 stars each, if they could.

The children working the front desk were completely rude. Terrible service I will not be returning.

After adopting my dogs I went to two veterinarian offices seeking a good vet. For the one dogs cough they mis diagnosed her making her worse not better. After coming here my senior furbabies are so healthy and happy. They use natural remedies but will still prescribe medications if needed. Such as my dog needing insulin (Vetsulin) . They will give me a same day appointment if its an emergency. And the vet not the staff which is important, will talk to me about the cost without judgement.

I have a 120 pound lab named Tucker Bear. He is the most quiet, kind dog you would ever know. I got Tucker from terrible circumstances in Daytona Beach, FL . He was a shelter dog, and the shelter gave him to me with so many problems. I have a very good vet however in Florida for him when we travel there. We came home in Aug 2018, and Tucker has had many problems. I have been to so many vets, and was told over the weekend to put him to sleep! With no information or tests taken, I have taken him to multiple vets, and called multiple places. I found out about Cranberry office driving by from going to a seminar for work. I went to the satellite office yesterday in Chippewa, and let me tell you it is a gift from God me and Tucker found these people!!! I told them I had spent almost my whole paycheck, on emergency care. They worked with me, and gave me what I needed to get started, until I can get to the main Dr. Monday morning. It is Sunday my dog is walking. I took him to Chippewa, and he could not even lift his head, let alone walk! He is eating drinking, walking, and using rest areas. He did none of this the whole time with all the other vets, medication, and thank the Lord that I did not put him down!!!! This office was professional, extremely kind, reasonable, and most of all listen to what I was saying, even though I was hysterical, and traumatized from my prior visits. I cannot wait to see and meet the main Dr., as her staff all think the world of her. They love and respect her, and that was extremely apparent! My dog feels better, and so do I, and these people made this happen! There are no guarantees I. Life with pets or people, and I realize this, but it is comforting to know I can have more time with my best friend Tucker .Do yourself a big favor! If you need a good vet come to these people. You will not be sorry. Thank you Chippewa staff! Your the best!!!!!!!!
