Leaving a review on behalf of my family. The lady here made a beautiful spray of flowers for my grandfather’s funeral. She was very kind and made the spray based off of a photo with short notice. My parents have nothing but kind words for the service they received. Would highly recommend :)
I had a very bad experience with this company today and it totally ruined my Valentine gift for my wife. To summarize it I called the 9:09 a.m. this morning to order flowers for my wife to surprise her. The woman took my information and asked me if I wanted the order delivered by a specific time, I told her between 10 and 11:00 a.m. was fine and she said OK. 1230 came and I didnt hear from my wife and called them back to see if they delivered the flowers, and I was given an excuse that they were behind and leaving right now with the afternoon orders and it would be there any minute so I said OK thanks. Again at 2 o'clock no call for my wife, Im very upset at this point called them back, same woman answered the phone and knew who I was by my voice, she sounded very disturbed that I called again and said she assured me that the flowers were on the way this time and I said well good because I was about to cancel my order and instead of her offering me any kind of an apology she seemed to encourage me if to cancel my order Instead of offering a solution or sounding concerned. I am a small business owner myself this is no way to run a business and no way to treat a customer. Again has ruined Valentine's Day for me and my wife.
Ordered flowers from here for my girlfriends moms birthday and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and they delivered my flowers within two hours of ordering and sent a very nice flower arrangement that she loved for a good price
