Paid on the website for an arrangement to be delivered to my wife at work.nThe arrangement was delivered and was fine.n6 days later they tried to contact me because my credit card was declined. It was declined because i reported it lost the day before they tried to run it. 6 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THE FLOWERS!nnMy first question is: Why did they hold my credit card info for 5 days? You would think with a website that accepts credit card payments that the transaction would run within the same day. I'm wondering if it was written down somewhere for others to see because they waited 6 days to run it.nnWhen the card was declined they tried to contact me and I was out of town, so the owner sent me an email the same day. I responded to that email in less than a day, but that was too late. They had already taken it upon themselves to call my wife at work and chase her down for payment.nClassless!nnI emailed the owner asking why they did that. No response! Really classless!nnI can't do much about it other than inform others and never go back. So I'll do that.
