Incredibly friendly yet very efficient staff. This includes the front desk staff, vet techs, and the vet as well. They treat our dog like their own pet.
Very nice people but still professional. He was so calm my dog did not need a muzzle. While he is only 17 lbs he has been difficult and tried to bite the last vet.
