A nice family owned business. Clean and organized , staff was very accommodating to family and friends.
The older Mr Neely is arrogant and not at all empathetic . He is also dishonest and rude once he is paid and everything is over .nHe hovers around the place during the viewing like Lurch.nCarpeting in the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 25 years . Giant half dead plant in the lobby . Never would choose this place for a family member. Of course you don’t know this when you are grieving and never would expect this . After the fact and after asking around , we learned he treats many people like this - just because he’s been “doing this forever .”
