First time using Bates, and we couldn't be more pleased. The Mother's Day flowers were gorgeous! They went out of their way to create an arrangement that met all of our suggestions. We requested our Mom's favorite colors, and it was perfect. The delivery driver called, left the bouquet at the door, waited for Mom to come out, then waved and wished her a Happy Mother's Day. They were courteous and friendly, fully following Covid-19 guidelines.nThe arrangement was big, full, and beautiful! It was worth every penny that my brother and I paid. We are happy to say we will be using Bates for all our floral needs from now on. We both live out of state, so it is very important to us to have a florist we know and trust to make our orders perfect everytime.
