I take my dog and cat here and they are the most reliable and professional and caring staff! Any of my animals problems have always been taking care of with amazing care. I am so interested in learning about veterinary care and I have applied to college for vet tech. When my animals have a appointment I ask the veterinarian and vet tech questions so I can learn more and they always give the best insight. I hope I can be apart of the vet tech team at Riverside Veterinary someday!
I have been going here for my pets for over 20 years. They are a great vet but the receptionist is just horrible. She shows no concern when I call about my pet, she is rude, and has very poor customer service. The receptionist specifically told me we cant help you.
Our beagle was very sick and needed surgery. Of course it was on a Friday so no one was open. Another vet told us to take her to the 24 hour pet hospital in the north hills. They wanted $300 for test an 4500 down for surgery. We ended up waiting till Monday an riverside took her right away an did the surgery which was a fraction of the price an did a wonderful job with keeping us informed an updated on our dog. I would recommend riverside to anyone that has a pet.
Dr. Ben is absolutely fabulous. He really cares about the animals he treats. When I was faced with expensive surgery for my SD, Dr. Ben and the staff made calls to see if they could find any cheaper alternatives.
Gone here for years they're always great and professional.
