I love everything about Hawks Prairie Animal clinic. We moved from Olympia to Centralia and still take our Bella there. We see Dr. Lisa and she is fantastic! She gets down on the floor and plays and talks to Bella. Everyone at the clinic is very caring, friendly and compassionate. Bella is 7 years old and has been going there since we got her at 10 weeks. I highly recommend Hawks Prairie.
I like how they take care of our dog. We've only been there a couple of times and in both visits, we were met by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took time to explain things to us and even followed up to make sure our pet was doing great. Quality service. Definitely recomending to friends.
Hawks Prairie Veterinary was very friendly and helpful when our dog broke his leg. They went above and beyond helping to find a surgeon to fix it. 10 ud83cudf1f
After 10 years with this vet we decided to take our business elsewhere. We kept getting the runaround on a service they initially said they provided, but then ended up refusing to offer after a $130 consultation. Furthermore, and most egregious ,we were made to feel as though we were poor pet owners who were in dire need of being educated (basically talked down to). And when we called asking for help, the call was not returned. We had some issues with them in the past, but after this month, we're done and will find a new vet.
Great Doctors and really nice staff. Prices are reasonable. I've had cats and dogs here as patients for 15 yrs and I highly recommend
