I absolutely love this veterinary office! The staff is wonderful and are great with both of my dogs! My one is a little nervous around new people and they made him so comfortable. They answer all of your questions and they follow up with you the next day just to check in. I have struggled to find a place that i like to take my dogs, but this is definitely my forever veterinary office :)
The quality of veterinary care has diminished with the acquisition of multiple practices and random fill in vets. Would not recommend this practice if you desire a vet that is aware of your pet's individual needs
I take both of my dogs to see Dr. Mullings. She is amazing! So professional, thorough, and personable, both to my dogs and myself. I always feel confident that my dogs are getting a thorough checkup when there, and that she will point out any additional concerns that I may not have noticed. One of my dogs can be reactive and difficult at times, and their Fear Free practice is a great fit for him - he does well when I take him, despite his anxiety. I highly recommend this practice. The techs and office staff are great too!
I've had to use several Veterinary practices in the South Hills for different circumstances over the years for my pets, but none have measured up to the standard set by Dr. Mullings and her staff. They are always professional, kind and efficient. I would never go anywhere else.
Our dog has seen Dr. Turner twice recently. She has been very attentive and thorough. We had a somewhat urgent issue and the office was sure to get us in as soon as possible, calling with a cancellation opening as soon as an appointment was available. Due to restrictions with covid 19, we were not able to accompany our dog in the office, but the staff was all very helpful and I had no hesitation about sending her in alone, even though she is an anxious and quite energetic dog. I'm very happy with the care she received!
