I have been taking my cats to Dr. I at Good Shepherd for over 7 years and he is an excellent Vet. He always gives you multiple options of treatment to pick from if he can, and he is honest about what would be best. He is polite and professional. The staff is amazing too. I am very glad Good Shepherd is around to take care of my cats.
I have never had a vet spend so much time with me and my pet. This vet and all the employees make you and your pet feel special and important. He explains everything so well and does not leave anything out. They also do not make you get any unwarranted tests and lets you kn ow up front the good and bad reasons to do this or that. Just very informative. I called to get a test result and the doc came on the phone to deliver the results right away. That has never happened to me before! I recommend this place very highly. They are loving and really want to take care of your pet. So gentle too!
Efficient, well-organized intake and care of my dog for annual shots during COVID. Masks, no extraneous contact with other patrons/pets... much appreciated!

Dr. I is excellent and so caring. We have a very difficult cat and he does such a wonderful job with him. Highly recommend his practice.
