I’ve shared up and down my social media pages how happy I am with the care at Windrose Vet, but for those of you that don’t see that praise - here it is.nWindrose has been our vet for the past three years, and I have always felt it was a great place to take our pup - clean, affordable, great service.nWhen Covid was just starting to be talked about, Dr. Skalos was already on the ball in transforming Windrose into a safe environment - masks, calling before entering, social distance, partitions - he had it covered.nFlash forward to a few weeks ago when our family dog needed emergency surgery due to a rare reaction to her sutures from a surgery 3 days prior - I realized just how lucky we were to have chosen a vet like Windrose. Every single person that works at Windrose is amazing. They all cared for Casey as if she was their own and seemed truly invested in her recovery.nIt seems Dr. Skalos has had to hire quite a bit of people over the past year as he got busier. Somehow he was able to find every great employee in town - not sure how he did it, but I’m truly grateful that he did. And truly grateful to each and every one of them for getting our family through this scary time with Casey.

Love Windrose. Excellent vet and wonderful staff. Even the exam rooms are designed to feel like home for dogs. Dr gets down to their level when doing the exam. Very reasonably priced. Dogs welfare is put first.

Dr. Skalos and his staff are top notch. He is thourough, compassionate and kind in addressing the needs of my Beagle. Above all else, he takes time to listen and gives me time to process information and discuss my questions. I've called after my visits if I think of something I forget to ask and he typically personally calls me back the same day to discuss. I'm beyond pleased with the service from Windrose staff and highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure of bringing my 8 week old puppy to this animal hospital and so glad I did for both Bjorn and myself. Super nice staff. They handle covid with all safety measures to a T. We did sign up for their puppy plan which in my experience is a great deal offered to puppies less than 1 year of age.
