Staff was incredibly nice and that’s the only good thing I can say. Took my dog in and was told she had a large obstruction from eating some sort of object and basically I needed to rush her to the emergency hospital for surgery. Vet from emergency hospital called hours later to let me know absolutely nothing on the x ray showed an obstruction or object in her stomach. Very frustrating situation.
Every step of the experience was an upsell from the moment we walked in. After four attempts to sell the not insurance plan I asked for a pricing sheet to compare value and they were unable to provide one. I felt like my wallet was of far more interest to then than my pets, and so we went to the vca and are much happier with the experience.
