The entire staff are fantastic! When I take Chloe, I know she will get the best care from everyone. They are wonderful, caring people who truly love taking care of any type of animal.
I left a local veterinary office that we had used for years when our cat was dying and the doctors was doing little ya find out the cause of his decline. Although BW only saw our Kit twice before he passed, the doctors did everything to test and explain to me their thoughts. Afterwards a very sweet, personalized condolence card was sent signed from the staff.nnWe now have 2 new kitties and without hesitation I scheduled appointments with BW for them. As a matter of fact after a very personable conversations last night my car battery died. Dr Brown did not hesitate to get her jumper cables out after seeing my kitten. That’s friendly service!
My little boy is eleven years old, and that is how long we have been going to Bradford Hills, In fact his very first Doc, he was only a week or two old, was Dr. Shuring, she is the best, and we just saw her yesterday, because Caesar has been a little out of sorts. The entire staff, all the docs, and the facility are A-1 First rate. My only wish is that they were not as expensive as they are.
Most intelligent and experienced veterinarians in the area. Hands down. I trust them and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Every pet I have had in the past 20 years has been treated here and they are never wrong and that's all that matters. If you care about the health of your animal, this is where you should go.
THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH ONLINE PHARMACIES. Masters of “string you along” tactics. Make no mistake, all that matters to this practice is $$$$. Was a client for YEARS and THOUSANDS and I regret every minute and every dollar.
