Our groomer, Sarah H., does a fabulous job with our two labs. Their nails are always very short and the girls have no loose hair coming off them. When we pick them up, they are always happy and giving puppy lovings. Thank you Sarah,you are the best.
Couldn't do my cat's ears but did the claws my dog on the other hand had full service but when I brought her home that night I was petting her like normal every time I touched her ears or the top of her head she acted like she was in pain. So I'm assuming they might have got too rough do in the ears cuz her ears were tender for 3 days this morning I started petting her normally and she was okay I didn't push too hard though so I'm kind of concerned about that I'm not saying anything I'm just saying that was unusual but from how she reacted I'm guessing they're little bit roughness that wasn't necessary she's never had this issue before but normally I take her to the vet to have her ears and nails done I will continue that other than that the people inside the store were very nice 12 people in line and only one register open though
All was good
First time coming. I expected a luxurious store full of pets and every pet item you could imagine. I don't know if covid-19 effected my experience or I was just expecting too much. Either way, the store was clean, customer service was satisfactory and reps we're knowledgeable about their products. They had a nice selection of inventory for pet things although I don't know where you'd get a pet from as they didn't have many to choose from.
The best pet store; truly devoted to animals of all species. 5 stars is my rating.
