As I was waiting today to have my dogs shots done, I took them to the grassy area to go to the bathroom before we went in. A loose German Shepherd from next door came through the wood line and attacked my dog. Thankfully he only has some scratches. The staff was phenomenal with the responsiveness and their care and concern for not only my dog but myself who is very shaken up. They completed an incident report and called the police the file complaint on my behalf. I cannot speak highly enough about them

This place was amazing!! My fur-baby was not behaving normally and as recommended by a few local vets offices i took her here(none of them had openings for awhile and they recommended her being seen sooner vs later). I took her here and they were amazing. I called first for advice on what to do and their process. I called upon arrival, they got some basic info on her and when it was our turn someone came out to get her(not letting people in due to covid). When the lady came out for her, she asked some more questions, said they'd take care of her and be in touch. A little later I got a call from the veterinarian. She asked me to hear in my words what was going on with her and my concerns. After looking at her and running tests she called me back and told me what they found. She gave me advice on what to do and how to look after her. Other than not being allowed to go in and stay with her(not their fault, covid. And I respect it) this went very well. They called, talked and communicated as needed. Everyone I talked to and came into contact with polite and friendly! Hopefully she'll stay healthy forever but if not, I'll definitely be taking her here!! HUGH thanks to Valley Vets!! Thats her the next morning!!

I greatly appreciate the Vets and their staff. They were very kind, thoughtful and empathetic when my kitty was sick and then had to be put to sleep. Very quick to see you pet even on short notice. Definitely recommend them for all your pet needs.
