Made a tough situation harder. He acted like everything was inconvenient to him. Seems to be half retired or at least wants to be. Doesn’t care about customers at all. He started off with blatant lies about days we can have the burial (he didn’t want a Friday or Saturday viewing) and blamed the cemetery which I called and confirmed to be false. He was annoyed with basic things like seeing obituary before publishing it, having stands for picture boards, and simply waiting for everyone to be in the first procession car before having the hearse pull out. Pretending to be a decent human being was too hard for him. Every other vendor was shocked when we said we went there (flower shop, cemetery, etc) and I see why. Wish I talked to them first. Expensive and rude. Avoid him if at all possible.
