I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. The day of flower delivery, my wife contacted me and said she was thinking of leaving work early. I quickly called the florist to what we could do. She said the flowers were prepared and ready to be delivered in about an hour. That wasn't soon enough so the owner called my wife's business, told the receptionist to NOT let her leave, and delivered the arrangement herself. The flowers were beautiful and my wife was super surprised. The owner went above and beyond and I really, really appreciate it.

Not impressed my husband order a beautiful arrangement did not get what we ordered got them to late in the day to even enjoy them at work and still had to pay delivery fee no discount whatsoever they were dying the next day disgusted
