Great place. Every time I get flowers there, the person who gets the love them. And they last.
A few days ago a friend of our family passed away and as a former florist, I was motivated to make a spray for the funeral, myself. Finding professional floral supplies at places like Joann, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby can be challenging or impossible. I dropped by this place and was gladly sold a wire easel with a wet foam basket so that I could make the spray. The prices were fairly reasonable and the quality was good. In addition, I was able to drop by the same day that I requested it and simply pick it up, very convenient!
Kristy is quite rude . I see she has a habit of hanging up while talking . Did not send out what was ordered for mother's day . Customer is asking for $25.00 refund from a total of $69.98. This is a very reasonable request. Be professional Kristy.
I was sent a fruit basket by my aunt & uncle in PA. They paid $70 cash, were not given a receipt, and when they returned with photos of the sorry lopsided puny basket of fruit and complained; they were told nothing could be done about it. This is the 2nd time this shop has not delivered what they ordered. There will not be a third time. Use another floral service. If you do buy from them, use a credit card. At least you can dispute the charge when they don't deliver what you order.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They were overwhelmed by mothers day so they opted to send my grandma something not even close to what I purchased as a replacement. They then were nasty on the phone when trying to get the order right and hung up on me twice, which I never ended with.
