I would give them zero stars if I could. My brother-in-law chose this place for my sister's funeral, and it was awful. The funeral director shoved a piece of paper at me to proofread on the day of the funeral, and her obituary wasn't posted until the day after the funeral. Her makeup was blotchy and not done well. The funeral service was started 15 minutes early, which was okay, but then we were rushed to leave immediately afterwards. When I went to go up to say my last goodbye, the funeral director held me back and had me go up with her husband; each of us should have been given the chance to go alone to have a final moment with her to say goodbye. The worst part was when they sat her body upright to take her jewelry off right in front of us. They should have pulled the curtain and done this in private, or at least have waited for us to leave first. That image is burned in my memory now.
