I called Heritage Floral Shoppe to order some flowers for the funeral of a dear friends mother. I waited a bit long to call, as the only viewing was the day I called. I spoke to Karrie who was very helpful.nnI prefer silk arrangements and she was happy to create one just for my needs. When it was done she sent several pictures of it and a confirmation that it was on its way to the funeral home.nnThe flowers were tastefully arranged in lovely fall hues. The receiving family was appreciative of the beautiful flowers and a family member was planning to display it in his home.

Heritage Floral handled all of the floral arrangements for my mother's funeral just as everything was getting shut down with the impending virus. They did such a beautiful job with not only our flowers, but with all the orders they received. I heard so much wonderful feedback from friends and family about their customer service - and we couldn't agree more! I recently ordered an arrangement to be delivered and they did not disappoint! They do such a great job with communication - not only emails with confirmation of order and delivery, but texts of photos of the completed arrangement! They take so much time and care in what they do and the flowers are beautiful, unique and well priced! As small business owners we know the importance of sharing a good experience and Heritage Floral exceeded that! Thank you!

I ordered from Heritage a vase of flowers for the grand opening of my niece's coffee shop. Karrie took great care of me and even texted me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautifully done. Because my niece's shop was not far from Heritage Flowers, Karrie took it upon herself to walk over and check out the shop's decor to be sure the arrangement complimented the space. Now that's personal service! Will use again!

I wanted to have flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday and was afraid I had waited too last minute for delivery... nope! I’m so glad I found Heritage Floral Shoppe. I placed my order online for same day delivery (right before 12 PM!) 2 hours later I received picture texts of the flowers before they were sent out, and an hour later they were delivered on my mom’s porch! She loves them! Thank you Karrie & the shop for making this such a breeze for me! Lots of love from North Carolina. Thank you!

Karrie was great to work with. She took the time to speak with me about the order, make suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. It was refreshing to speak with someone who actually listened and help where needed. I would not hesitate to use Heritage Floral Shoppe in the future.
