Very wonderful place to care for our pets! The first time I used them was because we had an emergency while our original vet was closed. They were very kind to take us in towards the end of their hours for the day when we were first time clients! We received wonderful care! They are very honest about cost upfront and put in great effort to keep things affordable! They are very professional and kind. My one dog is a little nervous in general and they were great with him, made him feel confident very quickly. I cannot say enough good about this office and staff!
The entire staff really seems to care. Our cat was misdiagnosed at her previous vet. BPAC listened patiently, ensured that they fully understood the issues, and made sure to address them. They gave us options for testing, took the time to fully explain everything, and assured us that regardless of diagnosis there are multiple options for treatment. The cat even seemed to like them... the cat isn't supposed to like the vet... she is a cat... they don't like anyone they don't consider their furniture. They can be a few mins late for appointments. This is normal for human doctors as well as animal doctors. When someone is sick they get in quicker; that is as it should be. As long as everyone realizes that they/their critter isn't any more important than anyone else/their critter and trust the staff it isn't a big deal. The cat is now capable of eating again, hasn't puked in weeks, and is back to using us as furniture instead of hiding under actual furniture. I think that is a win.
Absolutely love BPAC. I take all 3 of my pups here. Staff is wonderful and appointments are easy to make. It doesn't take forever to get in for urgent issues. Affordable too! I would recommend taking your fur babies here!!!
Took our dog at the last minute and helped her sell when she was hurting. They did a great job accommodating our needs.nnTruly amazing
My first experience at this vet was great. They got me on the schedule on short notice, gave me treatment options prior to performing any treatment, and were very transparent on pricing. I am going to continue to bring my cat here in the future.
