I had chosen the vet as recommended by a friend, they NEVER return calls when you a sick pet, they say they return call in 24hrs and don’t. By chance they do call back and you miss their call and try back just forget it . It’s like they don’t even care about your animals. I’ve never even been able to go inside or actually speak the the vet so the fact that the experience is so bad should speak volumes DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS VET. It’s been over 24hrs on a call in regards to my puppy having blood in his stool. I’m not even returning for boosters so now I’ll have to shell out more money to have a “new pet visit” elsewhere however I’m over this place and their inability to care for pets. The person who referred me even said since covid they just don’t return calls or respond either so.... STAY AWAY

I was vised by staff previously to call when my dog was having a bad episode that they treated him for in the past. So I call To schedule an appointment only to be put on hold for 7 minutes The come back on the phone Ask me why I'm calling put me back on hold and sent me to voicemail. Left a message and then called again a few minutes later only to be placed on hold for 6 minutes and 36 seconds, they pick up only to place me back on hold then sent me to voicemail again. 3rd call I was on hold 13 minutes. So I tried the same day appointment line and the girl asked if I could leave a message I said no but she sent me to voicemail anyway. All while my dog was having a seizure and choking. I still have not heard anything back from the office it's been 2 days and I think my dog is dying ud83dude22

Very pleased with my visit .. addressed all my questions and Aubry's needs. Both Dr. And tech were very friendly and informative.
