When I first got our new puppy friends highly recommended Banfield, so I brought him here, well after the last visit I will not be bringing my puppy here at all! Uneducated vets! Im just disappointed in myself for putting my pup through the aggravation
They are one of the best animal hospitals that I've ever been to quick honest and very friendly they take very good care of your animals and they get you in and out the app is also really easy to use and keeps all the records for your animals I highly recommend you checking it out
The worst customer service, I had to leave my dog for vaccinations, the day before they changed my appointment time because their vet would be busy, when I come to leave my pet they tell me I should call (I had already called and no one answered so I decided enter) they sent me out and make me call by cell phone so that they would approve access to my dog.nnI do not agree with how they treated me, I pay monthly to have a good service and this is not right.
Generally a good experience with Banfield. I will say the experience kind of depends on which vet you’re likely to get. Dr. Nafisi is one of the vets I like to see, but I had a woman vet I saw last time that was very unimpressive. I don’t remember her name but she seems disinterested and a little condescending. The staff there are wonderful though. Their prices are relatively competitive. Multiple locations usually mean you can get an appointment pretty quickly.
Excellent! Treat my doggies like their own family.
