I have been to four different vets in 4 days and Always Compassionate truly lives up to their name. Do to covid-19 it seems like many places are under so much stress they have lost the ability to be kind an understanding. It seems to be all about the money and there is hate out there. Hard to love when you have lost your ability to be compassionate. People come to you for love and help. I will take all of my pets needs to Always Compassionate for all my pets. Keep up the great work and you won't have to worry about the money it will automatically come because of your attention to kindness knowing that people come to you hurting and worried. My pet Snoopy loves you, as I love you and your prices are very reasonable for someone who is 70 years old and has no income thanks again.

As always, the care provided for our kitty was so caring and professional. We never felt rushed, and every question we had were answered. Dr. Warner is the epitome of compassion.

The staff are very caring and always make sure we understand what they are doing as well as what anything might mean. They get on the ground with our dog. With COVID they are taking preventive measures and meeting pets at the car, bringing them into the building and calling the owners during the check up.

I took our Senior dog to the vet today, in tow I had all 4 of my children - age range 7 -1 year/s old.nnTo begin, the Vet, DONNA TERLESKY, went above and beyond reviewing our old buddy Franco's health. She was more COMPASSIONATE and THOROUGH than some doctors for humans - and we have come across many!nnShe gave me clear advice, but w/o any sort of pressure to do anything more than I needed to for our older dog. There was no pressure in spending money that wasn't necessary- something I feel we have run into over the years at other Vet offices as lifelong dog owners.nnSince the Covid has presented changes to waiting to be seen by the Vet, in the hot weather, BARB the Practice Manager, was out in the Parking Lot tending to the people waiting for their dogs to be seen. There is simply always a wait at the Vet (or at any physicians offices) which can be frustrating for some, but a bit out of people's hands.nnBarb tending to the animals and dog-parents (I believe) eased anyone's frustrations - how could you be upset when the Manager is bringing you cold water and striking up conversation to bide the time.nnEXCEPTIONAL CARE FOR YOUR PETS & EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR DOG PARENTS!
