Deschutes animal clinic is quick, friendly, and to the point. They care about your animal and try their best to help if at all possible. Only critique I have is they have a quick Vet turnover making it hard to develope any kind of relationship. Not overly expensive, but then again vet services aren't cheap to begin with.
Deschutes Animal Clinic should be your last consideration for local veterinary services. Their service is sub-par, your animal will see a different veterinarian each time and they will know nothing about previous visits because they must take inadequate notes. Our pet was rescheduled 3x and it took 5 weeks to get in. When we did get his 3rd appointment we waited over an hour and a half before choosing to take our dog to a different clinic. Lastly, the building has horrible parking. Overbooked, overpriced, poor service. Look for other vets in the area before considering Deschutes.
Deschutes is Amazing! I Had a little scare on the freeway when my dog yelped really loudly like something bit her leg off. Pulled over to check on her and decided to look for a vet nearby and Deschutes was one of the vets nearby that was also open. It’s the weekend and most places are closed and the ones that are open couldn’t fit us in for an appointment...They told us to go to an emergency vet clinic. When I got to Deschutes it was busy but I called the number and they were able to fit us in! Long story short, they examined her and reported very good news that gave me peace of mind And comfort. The veterinarian reported her findings and recommend no other treatments. Long story short, I am very very thankful and grateful for the willingness of the front desk team/vet techs to ask if any doctor was able to examine my dog.nnThank you so so much Deschutes and Dr. Tulloss!!!
I was very pleased with the service that my me and my pet Paco received.. all of the staff was very patient and kind even though there is a curbside check-in it seems to go pretty well.nAnd dr. Kathleen was amazing she was very informative and patience and went over all of my concerns
Just began going here for our new puppy. Referred by our friend and breeder. Has been really great. They've been very accommodating with the socially distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe but continue to offer great service. And our pup gets super excited everytime we pull in the parking lot which is a good sign.
