Update: Nov: 2020 - I was nervous about taking my cat into the vet due to COVID restrictions and not being able to go in with him. The tech who picked him up from my car was very sweet, caring and listened to my concerns. The vet called and explained the visit to me after the exam and we discussed several options. They took great care of my cat and I felt heard and that they shared my concerns. They also do a follow-up within 48 hours to make sure that the shot they gave him caused no issues.nnExtremely friendly staff and Vet. They squeezed me in on a Friday to give my two kittens booster shots since the place I was scheduled to go was out of the boosters. Incredibly quick call back to my email request for an appointment...not just same day rather within an hour of my request. Dr. Hannah gave my kittens a good exam, was friendly and informative. Very affectionate towards the kittens to help keep them calm. Highly recommended and will continue to use them as my vet for my pets.
My dog went there for the 1st time on August 31st the staff were so wonderful and treated my boy Mr Slate and I with respect I will definitely go there again
They never disappoint me. They care about our pets just like they were their own. Honest and professional. They understand and don't try to do unnecessary things just to get money. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Wendy Saunders is the BEST. THE BEST. Update 2020: I have been hearing and also experience some unprofessional behavior and price gouging here. This is very, upsetting, since I have been a proponent, fan, of Wendy Saunders for more than 10 years. The atmosphere in the clinic has definitely changed. If they tell me to go someplace else, well, I have some things to say, to a whole lot of people. I have to think about this...and whether I will continue to send friends here.
