I have taken Gypsy here a few times and they have the best staff ever. They have saved my furbabys life one time and the other times she was very sick at her tummy. I will definitely use them anytime I need them. Thank you for your loyalty to my baby girl.

Talk about one had NOT washing the other they say there is a wait time of 2 to 4 hours to have your pet seen, well we have been here for 3 and a half hours they brought us the admit paperwork to fill out and that was it they blew us off then shift change happened and we were completely forgotten about. While our dog is still in pain hasn't pooped or eaten or drank anything in 2 days my aunt is in her late sixties with sever health issues of her own and my mother who. Is also here waiting is 77 years old people are you kidding me we've now been here for over 4 hours and all I can see is literally the people in there are looking out here and are giggling and smirking .. And you would think that knowing the mistake THEY made they would be a little quicker at rectifying the situation ,but nope they just keep bringing new pets in that came in after us WOW ! This is what you consider a

Kindness and compassion. This group of vets and assistants was so kind and helpful...it was a tough visit, but the staff was so nice. Even during the pandemic, they had a great set up for the visit. Thank you

When my dog was bitten by another dog on the neck I rushed him here after recommendation of our regular vet. The lady comes out and determines that this is non-life threatening injury, I suppose by looking at him. I waited for 4 hours in 90 degree weather idling all the time to keep him cool, before they even took the poor dog in. I called a couple of times but I got the same wooden answer:”we are busy with patients in critical condition”. Then the ignorant fat lady at the reception was rude to me when picking the dog up. I’m hoping that the dogs wound doesn’t get infected from staying open this long in this heat and there isn’t anything more serious internally. I wouldn’t even bring a wounded rattle snake for treatment here. Two stars because the first shift did bring a cup of water for the poor dog.

Was in the parking lot for over an hour waiting to even checked in for triage. Even after calling to remind them I was in the parking lot. I understand emergencies happen, but even in the busiest of ERs you check in immediately. Fortunately my pup's issue can wait until her vet opens in the morning. Unacceptable!
