Koa, our precious rescued Hawaiian streetcat, went here for the first time today. The staff and Vet were amazing. She answered all of our questions, did a thorough exam, and addressed every concern compassionately. She made us feel comfortable, and made Koa very relaxed. They are very affordable and do not charge you unnecessary fees. I would highly recommend taking your Fur baby here.ud83dude3a
To anyone that is considering coming here... do it!! I have been here many times and am pleasantly surprised at each appointment. One of the major pros of this place is that they see exotic animals; I have rats, birds and will soon have a reptile, so it’s important that I have an exotic vet clinic near me. I appreciate the great care they put into ensuring my pets are healthy. Also, to anyone who has low/no income at the moment, they offer a program here through Concern for Animals that helps aid you financially. Last vet trip with my Green Cheek Conure, they aided me with $35 off of my $50 check-up fee! Even without this program, I have found this place to be very affordable, especially when considering they cater to exotic pets which usually require more specific care. Overall, I am happy with my experiences at this clinic and would recommend it to anyone in the area with pets! Thank you for reading! I hope this helps
You will be doing your loved one a great favor by taking them to this clinic. They are by far the most compassionate, well educated staff in the planet. They have heard the stress in my voice and called me back to solve my concerns with my pets, they didn’t have to but they have the upmost compassion by far then any other clinic I’ve been to. They walked by my side when my beloved Sissy had incurable cancer and when the time came to send her over the Rainbow bridge they cared for her like she was theirs. They also are certified comfort providers meaning they take great measures to provide calming settings in the exam rooms for your pets benefit. I can’t say enough about the Doctor and staff, I owe them a debit of gratitude. Their prices are very reasonable I have NEVER felt taken advantage of. they’re the best far and wide.
They took such great care of my kitty for her spay! The price was the best one I was quoted from any vet in the Oly and Lacey area. Will definitely come back for all my kitty's needs!
Bringing my sweetie here for our first visit worked out well in terms of scheduling the non-urgent exam, the safety protocol (Covid19 measures), speaking with staff and the doctor, and checking out - everything went smoothly. They are busy here, just keep that in mind when you book non-urgent appointments. Staff and doctor took the time to talk with me and answer questions. I felt comfortable and my sweetie did too.
