Great location staff is always super helpful when I visit. They have a lot of staff for the holidays now to help with the socially distanced lines. Also their pet guarantee is hassle free they don’t hound you like other local shops thankfully.

The people here are always wonderful! A little pricey in comparison to getting some stuff online but it's worth seeing others face to face for it!

me and my family bought 2 Guinea pigs here and the first one we ever bought passed away 2 and a half weeks later. She was very sick when we first got her. We thought she was only 3-6 months old they told us she was. They don’t take care of there pets. They don’t show any of them love. They starve the pets. And they just don’t care about them. Me and my family went through a hard time when we lost our guinea pig . We loved her so much! Please I beg do not buy pets from here. Or give them any of your money they are monsters towards these innocent pets.npet smart doesn’t even deserve one star!

Oh Matthew where art thou? I have came into Petsmart several times in the last 2 weeks to talk fish with Matthew who is known personally around my household as the “fish savant” but yet he has not been there. My wife hates that I’ve deemed him worthy of such a nickname as she used to have the fish savant title but Matthews aquarium knowledge far exceeds hers so the young man has taken the title from her. Alas my heart aches for his knowledge. My fish cry out to me through the chorus of song “Please Henry! We need that young mans expert advice in order for us to continue our thriving society! They then cry out to me, “HOW!? How is it possible for someone so young to have so much knowledge?” I responded, “ It truly is beyond understanding, I mutter in inner thought “it’s otherworldly isn’t it.” I go to the phonebook to find him because my thirst for his advice has become unquenchable. I don’t know his last though, the cashier refused to tell me it. If anyone knows how to get in contact with the young man named Matthew at petsmart please reply to me.
