Very friendly staff and knows your pets!
Wow, what a great vet office ud83eudd7a since it’s COVD they came out to the cars to get my two GSD and they were so kind and accommodating. I’m sad to be moving as I’d only come here. They even gave me a “swag bag” for a new customer even though they know we are moving out of state. Thank you so much!
I appreciated the very intensive virus spread precautions in place for check. I really ended up thinking it was a bonus, and not a hindrance at all. I don't know why I thought it would be a pain. The curbside service was so friendly, and the team that I interacted with exsuded positivity and were able to make this the best possible experience it could be for what it was. And they took my tenant's low income voucher, never a hint of any judgement for anything about that or us, or out pet, or anything. Just straight forward, caring and kind staff.

They really listen to you. They want to genuinely know all the things about your pets routine. They let me go on and on with my story telling and didn't seem to mind at all! My dog was itching a lot and we couldn't tell if it was allergies or bugs even though the trace of any kind of flea was extremely minimal. Dr Bell gave me all the options and was quite empathetic to my old Dawgs comfort.
