Dr Natalee is the best doctor we have ever had. She has been there for all four of my pets even thru senior years. Also all my family and many friends love her as well!
I previously wrote a review in August of 2011 about the lousy customer treatment I received. While my previous review was on point I want to report the doctors read the review and made changes with their staff and discussed customer service protocol. On the next occasion to visit, my Sam had a tongue accident where he snipped at the scissors I was clipping with and nipped his tongue. When I called they were booked and referred me to Healthy Pets in Lacey. Shortly after I made the appt with Lacey office I received another from Olympia asking me to bring Sam straight in that they would fit me in (its only a couple streets from me.) Once there Sam and I were treated with absolute professional manner. Sam's surgery occurred and was back in my arms within a matter of hours. Since that mishap the office has helped me by phoning in Sam's prescription to a vet while I was out of town... lightning fast! Thank you so much for placing Sam's health in the highest regard.
