My sweet kitten needed shots during Covid: what could have been a really stressful experience was actually quite reassuring. I so appreciated the safety protocols they have in place.nnTheir method is to wait in the car and call upon arrival, then wait for a masked receptionist to call the pet’s name from the front door. From there, a very clear path was labeled on the floor for us to go back to the exam room. I saw no other humans or pets except the receptionist, nurse and doctor. My kitty appreciated the lack of other animals around us.nnEvery person I dealt with was kind and helpful. I felt as safe as one can during a pandemic with a nervous pet in tow. Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere, where the staff actually like animals.nnI just called to make my dog an appointment over his hurt paw and this miserable woman who answered the phone decided to speak over me rather than letting me talk. I’m done with this place. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their horrendous customer service. Every time we go there we’re met with bizarre, unwarranted attitudes. Why am I paying their scam insurance monthly to be talked to like a child by someone who clearly lacks elementary level communication skills and the basics of customer service? It doesn’t take much effort to be a nice person but apparently kindness isn’t a priority here. Bye VCA!

They are always a quick in and out, but very thorough and professional. We take all our pets there (4 cats, 1 dog). Always have good advice and a sympathetic ear. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The veterinarian is incompetent. Do not take your animal here please. Our dog was almost killed here. The doctor's report that was given to us was missing critical information and had it not been for our medical knowledge it possibly would have been the demise of our loved one.

I have been utilizing VCA for years for my animals and the vets are wonderful, however, the customer service is severely lacking. My dog is limping and not using her front arm. Her shoulder area is completely swollen. She has been on medication for a month and it hasn’t improved her condition. She cries in pain daily. I called to get her in to see a vet, any vet, and was offered only one appointment time and told nothing else was available for a month! I’ll be taking her to Avets to be seen but having to wait a month to see a vet when my dog is in pain, I’ll be switching vet clinics. That’s like your doctor telling you you have to wait a month but you can’t use your arm and are in pain. My dogs well-being matters!
