Extremely accommodating and flexible with the difficult and unusual requests made to bury my mother. Our phone calls and requests were immediately handled. I would highly recommend them to handle the difficult decisions and arrangements during a very stressful time. We did not expect an immediate response when we left a late Saturday night message with a LIVE person ( instead of an answering machine), but went to bed, knowing that our needs would be met when the time came.

Having no first hand knowledge of funeral planning or the associated processes, I was astounded by the support provided by this funeral home with the recent death of my Dad. I suppose I expected more of a business transaction. This felt far more like family helping family. They guided us through - and even coordinated in some cases - the various tasks that surround death. I have come out of this circumstance with great respect for both Joe Lapinski & Tommy as they present their profession as a calling - well beyond providing as a service. I could not have imagined experiencing this type of comfort while facing such a sad time in life.

Simply the best. What more can be said? They treated my grandmother with all the respect due to the greatest woman on earth. They have a kitchenette and a children's playroom when breaks are needed on a long day. Several candy dishes keep blood sugar from getting too low. Grandma suffered before she died, so I was a little worried about how she would look. When I saw her, I was stunned by how beautiful she was, almost looking like herself again. I was the last person to drive away from the graveside. I looked back to Grandma's grave and saw that Walter was still standing there, apparently watching the grave being covered with earth before leaving. Compassionate and respectful service was rendered to the very end!
